| Director RIDLEY SCOTT is set to turn the board game Monopoly into a comedy thriller.
The Academy award-nominated filmmaker has been promised his pick of young actors for the film, including Scarlett Johansson and Kirsten Dunst, who are being considered for roles.
Hollywood agency WIlliam Morris promise Monopoly's manufacturers, Hasbro, the best of the actors they represent to help to make the film into a [color=#0000cc! important][color=#0000cc! important]blockbuster[/color][/color] hit.
Hasbro wants "sexy young people" for the film in order to attract a teenage audience to the board game.

Johansson, 22, has reportedly found the idea of a film version "funny, wacky, but interesting."
Hasbro, the owners of Monopoly's manufacturers, Parker Brothers, expects the movie to be a blockbuster with Ridley at the helm.
Casting agency William Morris told the company that it would take sexy stars to make the unlikely film a worldwide hit.
"Everyone has played Monopoly in one version or another so, hopefully, they would be curious about how it translates to the screen," a Hasbro consultant said.
Monopoly - based on the streets, railroads and utilities of Depression-era Atlantic City, N.J. - has been played by up to 750 million people since the 1930s. |

En fait ce film est bien en projet mais la participation de kirsten et scarlett n'est pour l'instant qu'une rumeur!
